StriveIncLD accepts the following payment methods for tutoring services:

2. Pricing and Fees

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Tutoring session rates vary based on:

  • Subject complexity and level
  • Session duration
  • Tutor expertise and qualifications
  • One-on-one vs. group sessions

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made with StriveIncLD. For ongoing tutoring packages, payment may be structured as follows:

  • Full payment upfront for session packages
  • Monthly billing for subscription-based services
  • Per-session payment for individual bookings

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our tutoring services. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: 50% refund
  • No-shows or cancellations made after the session start time: No refund
  • Dissatisfaction with service quality: Case-by-case review within 48 hours of session completion

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your billing, please contact us at support@striveincld.org within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Late Payments

For institutional clients with invoicing arrangements, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services until payment is received
  • Late fees of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances
  • Referral to collections for balances over 90 days past due

7. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and protected using industry-standard security measures.

8. Changes to Payment Policy

StriveIncLD reserves the right to modify this payment policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
