These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of striveincld.org ("Site") and the tutoring services provided by StriveIncLD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

StriveIncLD is a corporation providing online and in-person tutoring services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StriveIncLD's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

2. Service Description

StriveIncLD provides comprehensive educational support services, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one tutoring sessions in various academic subjects;
• Group tutoring sessions and study groups;
• Exam preparation and test-taking strategies;
• Academic coaching and study skills development;
• Educational resource sharing and materials;
• Progress tracking and performance analytics;

3. User Account and Registration

To access our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information;
• Be at least 13 years of age (users under 18 require parental consent);
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account;

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking;
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared;
• Treat tutors, staff, and other students with respect and professionalism;
• Follow our community guidelines and code of conduct;
• Pay for services as agreed and on time;
• Use our platform only for legitimate educational purposes;
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior;
• Not share account credentials or allow unauthorized access;

5. Booking, Scheduling, and Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be booked at least 2 hours in advance through our platform. We maintain the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit
• Cancellations with 2-24 hours notice: 50% charge applied
• Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice: Full charge applied
• No-shows: Full charge applied, no refund
• Tutor cancellations: Full refund and priority rebooking

Emergency cancellations due to illness or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment Terms and Billing

Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

• Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy;
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days;
• Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled;
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance;

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided during tutoring sessions, including but not limited to materials, worksheets, recordings, methodologies, and proprietary teaching techniques, remain the intellectual property of StriveIncLD and our tutors. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our educational materials;
• Use our content for commercial purposes;
• Reverse engineer our teaching methodologies;

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your educational information. Session content, academic records, and personal information are kept confidential and used only for educational purposes and service improvement. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection, use, and protection.

9. Service Availability and Technical Requirements

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

For optimal service experience, users should have:

• Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended);
• Updated web browser or mobile app;
• Functioning camera and microphone for video sessions;
• Quiet, distraction-free environment;

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

StriveIncLD provides educational support services but cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes, test scores, or grade improvements. Academic success depends on multiple factors including student effort, attendance, and individual learning capabilities.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or academic disappointments.

11. Tutor Qualifications and Matching

We carefully vet our tutors and strive to match students with qualified educators. However, we do not guarantee perfect matches and encourage communication if adjustments are needed. Tutor qualifications are verified to the best of our ability, but we cannot warrant specific outcomes.

12. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for users who:

• Violate these Terms of Service;
• Engage in inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior;
• Fail to pay for services;
• Provide false or misleading information;
• Use our services for unauthorized purposes;

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
